1. How Payments Work on Claslo
All online subscription payments on Claslo are handled directly through Rapid Gateway, an authorized digital payments gateway licensed in Pakistan. When you subscribe or upgrade, Rapid Gateway securely captures and processes your payment.
Mab Hub and Claslo never see, handle, or store your card numbers, CVV codes, bank credentials, or OTPs. All sensitive transactional data remains encrypted directly between your browser and Rapid Gateway's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

You pay exclusively for a monthly or annual software subscription license for the Claslo school management operating system (Starter at Rs 2,500/mo, Pro at Rs 5,000/mo, or Enterprise at Rs 10,000/mo).
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): There are no foreign currency conversion fees, international cross-border markups, or currency fluctuations.
- No hidden transaction fees: The price listed on our checkout is the exact amount charged to your card or account.
- No cut from your school fees: Claslo never deducts percentages from student tuition collected by your school.
3. How the Payment Process Works

Enter School & Administrator Contact Details
Provide your school name, city, administrator full name, email, and phone number as a guest—no account creation required beforehand.
Enter Payment Details via Rapid Gateway
You will be redirected to the secure Rapid Gateway payment frame where you select your payment instrument (card, wallet, or bank transfer) and authorize the transaction.
Instant Authorization & Verification
Rapid Gateway verifies the transaction with your banking provider via 3-D Secure OTP and notifies our servers over an encrypted webhook callback.
Automatic Provisioning & Onboarding Link
Your school tenant is provisioned immediately. You receive an automated receipt and an invitation email within 5 minutes containing a secure link to set your admin password and access your dashboard.

End-to-End TLS Encryption
All communication between your browser, our platform, and Rapid Gateway is protected using strong TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails or is declined by your bank (e.g. e-commerce transactions disabled, insufficient balance, or timeout):
- No charges are made: Your account will not be debited.
- You can retry immediately: You may attempt the purchase again using an alternative card, mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa), or 1BILL direct bank transfer.
