Claslo is a modern cloud-based school management operating system specifically tailored for Pakistani private schools. It automates daily attendance, 3-copy offline bank fee vouchers and online payments, digital homework diaries with Urdu voice notes, and parent portal access. By centralizing operations into a responsive web application that runs on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop, Claslo replaces fragmented paper registers, manual ledger calculations, and chaotic WhatsApp broadcasts with an integrated, secure platform.
2. Who We Serve
Our platform is designed for private educational institutions in Pakistan—including primary schools, middle schools, and matriculation / O-Level high schools (KG to Class 10/12)—typically serving between 100 and 2,500 students. We primarily support independent, single-campus private schools seeking to eliminate manual paperwork, while offering multi-campus branch management on our Enterprise tier for growing educational networks.

3. Our Business Model
We operate on a straightforward Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model. We charge schools a flat monthly or yearly subscription fee in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not charge per-student fees, we do not take cuts from student tuition, and there are zero hidden setup charges.

4. How Customers Sign Up & Onboard

Visit /checkout and select your plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) and billing interval.
Enter School Info
Provide school name, city, admin name, email, and phone. No login or password required at this stage.
Pay Securely
Pay online via debit/credit card, bank transfer, mobile wallet, or Raast on our secure payment gateway page.
Receive Activation
Upon payment confirmation, your tenant is provisioned and an activation email with a setup link is sent to your inbox.
Launch Portal
Set your password, log in to your admin dashboard, configure classes, and import student records via CSV.
5. What Happens After You Subscribe
Your subscription grants full access to the Claslo platform for 30 days (for monthly plans) or 365 days (for yearly plans) from the date of payment. All administrator, teacher, and parent portal features corresponding to your plan are immediately unlocked.
Renewal occurs on the same schedule unless cancelled. School administrators can monitor remaining days, view payment receipts, update billing methods, or cancel renewal anytime from /admin/settings/subscription. If a school decides to cancel, data remains exportable and accessible until the end of the paid billing period.
